Privacy & Security

When you place an order online with us your personal data is safe.  We use GlobeCharge for our secure order processing and we only receive personal information that will enable us to process your order.  This information is kept private and not shared with any third party.

 

We use PayPal to process your payment, enabling you to pay by credit/debit card, bank transfer or from your PayPal balance.  PayPal use state of the art security and encryption measures to protect your privacy and information.  We are informed that you have made a payment but your financial details are not shared with us.  If you pay by credit or debit card the transaction will appear on your statement as ‘VR Designs’.

 

Alternatively you may send a cheque made payable to Country Party.  Please enclose full details of your order with the cheque so that we can trace your order.  Orders that are paid for by cheque will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared

 

If you sign up for our newsletter your email address will not be used for any other purpose or shared with any third party.  If you choose to unsubscribe from the newsletter then your email address will be permanently deleted from our system.

 

UK delivery charges

Small orders will be sent using Royal Mail 1st class postage.  Larger orders will be sent either by Royal Mail Standard Parcel or by Courier and will require a signature.   We will combine postage if you purchase items from this site and also from one of our other sites.  We will have to adjust the price manually and you will be refunded any overpayment.

UK delivery times

Many of the items on this website are handmade and/or made to order so please allow up to 21 days for delivery.  Some items will take longer but this information is included in the item description.  Most items will arrive sooner but please check before ordering if you need something by a certain date.  Please also allow for postage delays, particularly at holiday times.

  

Returns

To return an item please email us within 3 days of receipt of the item.  Items must be returned in their original condition and secure packaging at the buyer’s expense.  Please note that personalised items, special order items, chocolates and sweets cannot be returned.

 

Cancellation

To cancel an order please email us as soon as possible but no later than the day you receive it if it has already been despatched.  Complete orders must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt at the buyer’s expense.  The order must be in its original condition and secure packaging.  Please note that orders for personalised items, special order items, chocolates and sweets cannot be cancelled.
