To order a fully personalised design

Chose your items from the ‘Gift’ pages and add them to your basket.  Include any wording you would like on your items. Complete the checkout process and email us any other instructions e.g. text style or colour.  Select ‘Yes’ next to Emailing Your Own Photographs.

 

Remember to email your pictures to us at orders@countryparty.co.uk and include your name, address and telephone number so we can match your order.  We ask for a telephone number so we can contact you if we need to clarify anything about your design.  Your number will not be used for any other purpose.

 

To have one of our designs personalised for you

Important points about personalisation

When you order personalised designs remember to include clear instructions and email your pictures separately.  

Make sure your pictures are easy to match to your order by including your name, address and telephone number.  Ideally you should name your pictures with your name e.g. johnsmith1.jpg, johnsmith2.jpg etc. 

Please pay careful attention to spelling and letter case as we will use the exact wording you send us.  Alternatively email or phone us if you wish to discuss a personalised order.

 

Copyright Issues

We can create items with almost any design you like but please do not ask us to use images or logos that you or we are not licensed to use.  For example copyrighted images, designer brand names etc.

 

Search

You may use the search facility if there is a particular theme you are looking for.  Don’t forget our animal and general designs are on our other two websites.

 

Discounts

Quantity discounts, where applicable, will be applied automatically.  If for any reason they are not deducted you will be refunded the overpayment.   For example if you purchase items from this site and also from one of our other sites then we will have to adjust the discount manually.

spend £0.00 - £50.00 receive 0% discount

spend £50.01 - £100.00 receive 5% discount

spend £100.01 - £200.00 receive 10% discount

spend £200.01 - £500.00 receive 15% discount

spend over £500.00 receive 20% discount

 

UK delivery prices

Small orders will be sent using Royal Mail 1st class postage.  Larger orders will be sent either by Royal Mail Standard Parcel or by Courier and will require a signature.   We will combine postage if you purchase items from this site and also from one of our other sites.  We will have to adjust the price manually and you will be refunded any overpayment.
